At Tatcha, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 90 days of purchase. Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
